Bishops have arranged an exclusive scheme with the Navigators and General Insurance Company for the owners of Seaward Motor Yachts used for pleasure (contact our commercial department for commercially operated vessels).
Our policy enjoys a 12.5% discount against the insurer’s standard rates for this type of vessel and the premiums quoted reflect the high quality build and dependability of these vessels.
Unlike many insurers, our policy will not carry a doubled excess for damage to underwater gear for vessels capable of speeds in excess of 17 knots. Should you keep you vessel in an approved Marina, you will not lose your no claims bonus or have an excess deducted if your vessel is damaged on it’s home Marina Berth.
