At Bishops we have recognised the need for a more personal and professional service for customers with ‘above average’ private insurance requirements.
For this reason, we operate our Private Clients Department from our Cowes Office. This department has been set up to deal with;
All Seaward Owners for both their vessel and household insurance requirements
All Nelson Owners for both their vessel and household insurance requirments
Households where the Contents sum insured exceeds £75,000
Households where the Buildings sum insured exceeds £300,000
Marine insurance clients where the vessel value exceeds £50,000
We promise a level of service simply not available from the majority of other brokers or direct insurers. You will not be confronted by an automated phone system or an overseas call centre and we promise not to leave you ‘on hold’ for long periods of time. We also promise to return your telephone calls the same day where possible and answer written correspondence within 48 hours of receipt.
